Welcome to Sutayan (sutayan.in). We carefully curate and inspect our products to ensure the highest quality for our customers. Please read our Return and Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase, as it outlines your rights and our guidelines regarding returns and exchanges.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Sutayan operates on a strict No Refund policy. Once a purchase is made on sutayan.in, we do not issue refunds to the original method of payment or provide cash refunds under any circumstances, including order cancellations, buyer’s remorse, or sizing issues.

2. 3-Day Exchange Only Policy

While we do not offer refunds, we want you to be happy with your Sutayan purchase. We offer a 3-Day Exchange Only policy.

If you wish to exchange an item, you must initiate the exchange process within 3 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired exchange item is out of stock, you will be issued a store credit of equal value to be used on future purchases.

Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be fully intact and attached.

• You must provide a receipt or valid proof of purchase from sutayan.in.

Note: Sutayan reserves the right to reject an exchange request if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

3.Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Unboxing Video Mandatory)

We thoroughly check all items before dispatch. However, if you receive a saree that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent claims, an unboxing video is strictly mandatory to process any claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Guidelines

For your claim to be accepted, the unboxing video must meet the following criteria:

• Continuous and Uncut: The video must be a single, continuous shot with no pauses, cuts, or edits.

• Start from the Beginning: The video must begin by showing the sealed package from all sides before it is opened.

• Visible Label: The shipping label, including your name, tracking number, and order details, must be clearly visible and readable in the video.

• Clear Display of Issue: The video must clearly capture the opening of the package and immediately show the defect, damage, or incorrect item within the same continuous frame.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video that meets these criteria will be automatically rejected.

If the claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the exact same item. If the same item is no longer available, you may choose another item of equal value. No refunds will be issued for damaged items; they are eligible for exchange only.

4. How to Initiate an Exchange

To start an exchange, please follow these steps:

2. Include your Order Number, reason for exchange, and photographs of the item (especially if claiming damage/defect).

3. Once your exchange is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items for exchange, unless the item was received defective or incorrect.
